Just to let you know what I think of the Epicare Threader...I think it's excellent because it's very easy to use and less damaging and painful than waxing. I've used the traditional threading method for my upper lip for a while now but could never use it well for my cheeks due to the angle of the cheeks making positioning the thread very difficult. Hence, I have been using wax strips for my cheeks. However, the Epicare Threader is more easy to position over the cheeks. It removed the hair without damaging my skin like the wax strips did. Often they would leave my face feeling very sore for days and even spots/bumpy skin would appear although I do not usually get spots easily.

It is also good for more sensitive areas because with the wax strips I would avoid removing the hair at the top of the cheeks and the closest part to the eyes because it would get more sore and red with waxing than other parts of the face would. The Epicare Threader removed that hair without such problems arising. And finally it has the advantage of not breaking easily like my thread would many times before I had finished threading.

All in all I think it's a great product and it is more easy to maintain the hair free skin because one can spend a few minutes every couple of days going over the same areas without it being much of a hassle...it's not difficult to make it part of your weekly routine!"

Just received my threader - have already used it - devilishly simple and effective! My husband spotted some offending fur on my top lip just before we were due to go out to an anniversary dinner about two weeks ago. I had a bit of Nair cream left which I had found to be hopeless, so I left it on for a bit longer than I should have - the defiant fur was left sticking out of my now burnt skin!! I started running round the house like a demented creature sticking ice on my lip, cursing my husband and then layering foundation cream on to my patchy face. I looked lovely I can tell you.

So you see your wonderful little device is a Godsend to me but even more so to my husband!

I have received the epicare without any problem. The first think was how i this is going to remove tiny hair and then when i tried it i could not believe it. I have tried threading in the salon and it was so painful. Epicare is great no pain and you remove all hair the tiny ones. I am very pleased with the first day and hope will continue using it because you don't even need a mirror to use it. Well done and thank you so much for the product with such a small price tag it works wonderfully.

I have been using of these for about 18 months and am just ordering a new one.

Like you - I use it for my weekly routine and have found it to be the best facial hair removal product i have used. I have tried all creams and waxing and they left my skin in an awful mess!!! laser can not be guaranteed with fair hair either i am told.

I couldn't believe how quickly my order came - ordered Friday, arrived Saturday morning!

I tried it straight away, and it is very good. My skin feels really smooth and there isn't any redness after using it. Much better than waxing.

I first came across threading on my holiday in June, when I went to Dubai. There was an excellent Iranian beautician at my hotel, she was excellent at threading - using it on my face and eyebrows.

I would ideally love to find someone in my area (Stevenage, Herts), so that I can get my eyebrows done again, using tweezers at the moment.

I'm very happy with the product and have been telling my sisters all about it and where to get it from.

I must admit I was extremely sceptical at first - in consideration of the lack of extensive publicity for something that really removes hair so easily - I must say, it is a gadget all girls ought to know about.

The next day delivery (!) was superb, and having a good number of hairs on my upper lip, it took me an hour to remove them all - and that was with several stops due to my very low pain threshold!

I have subsequently purchased two more for family members; the epicare you sent me had pink handles - is there any way that you could send me two different colours on the other epicares - so that us girls don't get ours mixed up.

The other epicare arrived the next day-thank you.

Tried it out on a small piece of chin at first, just in case a full beard would grow back. Last night, sat at the computer and while surfing did all of my peach fuzz. I found that the most sensitive part was around about the lip area,quite nippy! Not sore at all on any other areas, in fact found it quite therapeutic,and dare I say this addictive!

I have had my peach fuzz for around 20 years and it has never been disturbed until now. I did my whole face before going to look in the mirror. Well, this might sound strange, but I look a bit younger without the fuzz, and it feels fantastic! I put some aloe vera gel on my face, nothing else, as my cheeks certainly were glowing, not in an unpleasant way I might add.

I am still worried that a full santa claus beard will grow back, but will wait and see.

I am impressed so far with this little but highly effective device, and thank you for providing it.

Have to go, the kids are now demanding my attention!

The oscillating method was then tried as suggested, no pain and I was amazed at the sucess.

I am a beautician and I have tried all methods including laser to solve this problem with very limited effect and great expense.

The fact that I am now pregnant led me to look for a harmless method and what a find. I will certainly be recommending it to friends and customers alike."

But on the whole it is much better than messy waxing and creams - I was going to try laser/electrolysis

I received my epicare product today and have used it already. I love it already, so I have ordered a second one for me, and one for my sister as well. I used to wax my top lip all the time, but could never get to the tiny hairs that are just coming up and the wax sometimes used to be difficult to remove.

I think that the epicare is going to be very helpful for me and I would definitely recommend it to people.

I will let you know what my sister thinks of the product as well.

I was amazed to receive the Epicare Threader so quickly, it arrived the day after I placed my order. Thank you for the prompt service. It was good, too, to receive your follow up email.

The threader was put to use almost immediately and I was very impressed how easily it removed the fine hairs although I do have a problem with the more coarse ones, but hopefully with practice I will soon be able to dispense with the tweezers altogether.

I have found your website to be very informative and have found a kind of relief in discovering that my facial hair problem is not as uncommon as I feared! I was told about it through a contact on the Woman & Home Breast Cancer Forum when I asked if anyone else had suffered excessive facial hair growth after taking Tamoxifen. I wondered if perhaps you could approach the BC charities/organisations with details of your website as I am sure that there must be many people like myself who are loth to come out into the open about such problems.

This thing is amazing. I used it as soon as I got it. It is the first thing I have found that effectively removes ALL the hairs and it is almost painless. AND! I was done in a very few minutes!

I was also able to put my makeup on immediately after and go to my daughter's soccer game without red blotches to hide.

I have been battling facial hair since I was a teenager (I am very blond with peachy skin so the white hairs are very visible) .

For the past 10 years, I had been using the "Braun Epil-Touch" which was frustrating and painful and used lots of batteries and still did not remove all the hairs. Before that, it was waxing.

My teenage daughter has the same problem, so I am ordering one for her too.

I hope your company is around for the next 50 years so we can keep getting them.

Just wanted to let you know i was pleasantly surprised to receive the epicare threader so soon after ordering. Thank you.

It took me a few tries using it to get the technique but its so easy to use now, painless and really does take out even downy fine hairs so easily. I am delighted with it. No more waxing appointments for me! I wish i had found it years ago and will recommend and show it to everyone i can think of.
